Welcome to Tesori Collective, LLC — where every piece is chosen with heart and every experience is designed to feel personal. By booking a service or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
💍 Permanent Jewelry Services
Appointments & Events: All bookings are subject to availability. We may reschedule due to weather, equipment hiccups, or other unexpected shifts.
Eligibility: Welding is available for guests ages 12 and up, with a parent or guardian required for anyone under 18. For guests under 12, we offer complimentary clasps so they can still wear Tesori with pride.
Sizing & Final Sale: Once your chain is cut to size, it’s yours. Chains are custom fit and cannot be reused, so all sales are final. Your artist will walk you through sizing before the cut, and you accept full responsibility for the fit chosen.
Weld Warranty: We stand behind our welds. If your piece breaks at the weld, we’ll repair it at no charge.
If the chain itself breaks, we may repair it at our convenience only if all pieces are retained and presented. After three repairs, we may determine that permanent jewelry isn’t the best fit and may decline further rewelds.
If your jewelry needs to be removed for any reason, reach out — we offer re-welds for $10, or free if you’re purchasing another piece.
Repair Scheduling: All repairs are subject to availability and will be coordinated at our convenience. We’ll work with you to find a suitable time that works for you.
💳 Chargebacks
Please reach out to us if you have any concerns about your purchase. While all sales are final, we care about your experience and may be able to offer guidance or support.
Initiating a chargeback forfeits access to any future repairs or rewelds. Legal action may be taken to recover costs and fees.
🧼 Jewelry Care & Aftercare
Oxidation & Tarnish: Green marks or tarnish are natural reactions — not defects. We provide aftercare instructions to help minimize these effects, but appearance longevity is not guaranteed.
Daily Wear: Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday life, but it’s not indestructible. Pools, spas, lotions, and personal care products can affect your piece. You’re responsible for its care.
Aftercare Instructions: Use a soft, damp cloth to gently clean your jewelry. Avoid brushes or abrasives. For sterling silver, natural wear or a skin-safe cleaner can help restore shine. Metallic abrasion (grayish marks from product buildup) is common and easily wiped away — it does not qualify for a refund

Our goods are curated and handmade with care. Once they’re yours, they’re yours — all sales are final.
That said, we are deeply about your experience. If something feels off, please reach out. While we may not be able to offer a refund, we’re happy to see if there’s anything we can guide you through or help you with.
💳 Payments & Deposits

Private Event Deposits: Deposits for private events will be applied toward the host’s purchase — or a guest of their choosing — once the minimum of 8 guest bracelets (or equivalent value) is met. If the minimum is not met, the deposit is forfeited.
🥂 Private Events
We love celebrating with you. Here’s how our private event bookings work:
Guest Minimum: Events require a minimum of 8 guest bracelets (or equivalent value).
Guest Limit: Private events are capped at 8 guests and include up to 2 hours of service. This is to ensure that everyone is getting the proper attention for their piece(s). Need more time? Additional hours may be requested for a fee / or an additional 4 guests per hour.
Travel Radius: We travel up to 25 miles from Oswego, NY. Anything beyond that may be subject to a travel fee.
📅 Cancellations & No-Shows
A $25 non-refundable convenience fee is required at the time of booking to secure your 1:1 appointment. This helps cover the time and care involved in preparing for your visit and protects against potential no-shows.
In the event of a no-show, this fee is non-refundable.
If you no-show without notice, or cancel on us with less than the one hour window, we won’t be able to offer future 1:1 bookings. We value your time — and ours — and appreciate your understanding.
🧾 Liability & Safety
By participating in permanent jewelry services, you acknowledge the activity carries inherent risks, including injury, disability, or property damage — and you voluntarily assume full responsibility. You waive any claims against Tesori Collective, LLC and its affiliates, including those arising from ordinary negligence, except where prohibited by New York law. You agree to indemnify and hold Tesori Collective, LLC harmless from any third-party claims related to your participation. You also consent to receive medical treatment if needed and accept full responsibility for any associated costs.
📸 Media & Marketing
Photos & Social Media: We may photograph your jewelry for marketing. If you’d prefer not to be featured, just let us know.
